Preparation
- Agree the team, tasks and data-use boundaries with Ger.
- Arrange Claude access before the session.
- Each participant brings two or three permitted tasks.
- Use redacted or sample material where needed.

The half-day
1. Map the work: choose tasks where assistance would be useful.
2. Work through examples: document review, structured analysis and drafting.
3. Set boundaries: permitted data, verification and human review.
4. Agree adoption actions: an owner for each and a way to check progress.

Outputs
Task and prompt patterns developed in the room; clear working boundaries; written adoption actions.

Scope and price
Fixed fee per team session, agreed before booking. A wider rollout or implementation is scoped separately.
