Paying for Copilot. Can't prove it changed anything?
The licence spend is visible. The usage and impact are not. Most Irish organisations renewing Microsoft Copilot cannot evidence whether it is producing measurable productivity gains — or which teams are using it at all.
Because we are independent, we can tell you which work belongs in Copilot, which belongs in purpose-built tooling, and which licences to cut at renewal. The recommendation has no commercial interest in the outcome.

Most AI engagements end where ours begin. A deck gets presented, a roadmap gets filed, and the organisation is left to do the actual work alone, which is the hard part, and the part that decides whether anything changes.
We see through what we recommend. We work out where AI genuinely creates value, then make it happen: building when building's right, buying when buying's better, integrated with what you already run, and we stay until it's working. We've no stake in which tools you choose, so the only thing driving the recommendation is what's right for you.
