Acuity AI Advisory

AI Training · Ireland & UK

AI training that changes how your organisation actually uses AI.

Most AI training teaches people what AI is. We work out how your people are actually working, then change what they do — built around the tools your IT team has provisioned, not a generic demo.

Pre-session diagnostic. Sector-customised scenarios. Written post-session analysis. 90 days of implementation support on multi-day programmes.

Ger Perdisatt delivering an AI session at the German-Irish Business Forum

Delivered to Ireland's largest professional body for solicitors, its national directorship institute, a national regulatory authority, global pharma and engineering multinationals, a national insurance group and the country's postal infrastructure. No two programmes were the same. That is the point.

The problem

Your people have sat through AI training. Then gone back to doing exactly what they were doing before.

That is not a training problem. It is a design problem. Generic AI courses start from the tool and work outward, hoping it lands somewhere useful. They show a room full of people what Copilot or ChatGPT can do. Everyone nods. Productivity does not move.

The gap between “here is what the tool can do” and “here is the specific change I will make on Tuesday” is large, and the training never crosses it. Each participant has to make that leap alone, after the session, with no support.

The Irish market is filling with accredited courses, university-backed certificates and government literacy programmes. They are fine at raising awareness. None of them start from your organisation, none of them measure whether anything changed, and almost none of them survive contact with what your IT team has actually provisioned.

Practical AI training works the other way around. Diagnose how the team works. Train them on the specific applications that fit. Measure what moved.

What makes this different

Five things we do that the market doesn't.

Before the session

We read your organisation before we walk in the door

Every engagement begins with a pre-session survey and a data analysis. By the time we arrive we already know which tools your people have access to and which they don't, where confidence is lowest, which workflows are causing the most friction, and which scenarios will land. The Finance scenarios are built for Finance. The Legal scenarios are built for Legal. Generic decks stay at home.

The tools you actually have

Microsoft 365 as the system it is — not a Copilot demo

Most training pitches Copilot as the destination. We know from working inside organisations that there is significant value trapped in Outlook, Teams and SharePoint that most people never reach — and that Copilot on top of a broken workflow just automates the chaos faster. Programmes are designed around the tools your IT team has actually provisioned and the licences your people actually have. We check first. We have seen too many sessions derailed by features that were never enabled.

The depth nobody else does

Personalisation that is unreasonable, in the best way

We have built 75 role-specific prompts for a single senior executive — tailored to their function, regulatory environment, team structure and personal workflow. We have produced complete Acceptable Use Policies, Safe-Use Pattern Maps and Workflow Readiness Diagnostics that stay in the organisation and keep working after we leave. We have live-demonstrated agentic AI inside board sessions as proof of what is possible, not as a pitch.

After the session

Written analysis of what the data showed

After every engagement we produce a written analysis: where people got stuck, what generated the most questions, what the session data tells us about where to go next. Some clients receive bespoke supplementary assets — tool comparison guides, video recommendations, cheatsheets. Multi-day programmes include 90 days of post-programme implementation support. The work does not stop when the room empties.

Boards as well as teams

AI governance for directors, not technical training in disguise

We design and deliver AI governance workshops for directors and senior leadership — framed in director-behaviour terms, anchored in Irish and EU regulatory context, and structured around the governance muscles boards actually need: what to ask technical experts, how to evaluate an AI vendor, what to monitor versus what not to try to manage. Standalone programmes developed with Ireland's national directorship institute. Bespoke sessions delivered for a national regulatory authority.

A 30-minute scoping call

We don't do one-size-fits-all. Tell us about your team, the tools you actually have, and what good would look like. We will tell you whether — and what — we would do, and what it would change.

The programmes

Six formats. Each one configured to the organisation buying it.

Half-day or full-day

AI & Productivity Workshop

The core programme. Mixed-proficiency teams; whatever tools IT has approved; manager in the room with the team so commitments have social weight. Participants leave with a clear personal action plan, practical skills in M365 most weren't taught in onboarding, and a grounded view of where AI adds value versus where it creates noise. The organisation gets the post-session analysis and a brief for departmental rollout if warranted.

Half-day per team

Department-Level Rollout

The format that actually changes behaviour. A condensed core module followed by two hours of scenario work built specifically for that department — using pre-session data so the scenarios are ready before we walk in. Finance sees Finance scenarios. Operations sees Operations scenarios. Organisations move to this format after a cross-functional pilot shows them the ceiling of generic delivery.

Half-day or bespoke

Executive & Leadership AI Workshop

A focused programme for senior leaders that goes beyond productivity into strategic application: AI for competitive intelligence, market analysis, executive workflow, responsible use in a leadership context. Includes bespoke prompt libraries tailored to each participant's function, role and regulatory environment. No generic prompt packs.

Half-day workshop

AI Governance for Boards

Designed with and delivered through Ireland's national directorship institute. Built for boards and senior governance committees who need to govern AI without becoming technical experts. Anchored in Irish and EU regulatory context. Structured around director-behaviour outcomes. Includes a governance artefact pack — board question sets, vendor evaluation frameworks, cadence commitments — that participants take home.

2 – 3 days

Multi-Day AI Leadership Programme

A progressive programme that moves participants from personal AI mastery through people leadership to strategic transformation. Day 1 — Personal Productivity. Day 2 — People Leadership. Day 3 — Strategic Transformation, change leadership, 90-day implementation. Progressive micro-credentialing at each stage. 90 days of post-programme implementation support included. Built with 15+ frameworks, 50+ templates, 100+ prompts.

4 – 6 weeks

AI Strategy + Training — Fly It As You Build It

For organisations that need the strategy and the capability in parallel — not strategy now, training later. 45-minute discovery sessions with each key department; we have seen 55 individual use cases emerge from a single engagement. Consolidated, triaged and returned as a prioritised pipeline with indicative costs, timelines and ROI. In parallel, we train the teams. In parallel, we develop the governance framework. The organisation finishes with a real strategy, trained people and a governance structure — not a slide deck and a plan to start.

Comparable in scope and depth to executive education programmes at Ireland's leading business schools — but with AI integrated as the spine of leadership development, not a standalone module bolted onto it.

What the work tells us

Observations from the post-session analyses.

On what participants actually need

“The questions weren't about tools. They were about whether people felt they had organisational permission to act on what they had learned.”

From the post-session analysis delivered to a major professional body.

On the M365 provisioning problem

“Participants were hitting features in the demo that weren't available to them. They couldn't tell whether it was a settings issue, a rollout lag or a licence gap.”

The reason we check what IT has actually provisioned before we walk in.

On board-level delivery

“Three themes resonated: structured frameworks over general principles; ways to engage confidently with technical experts without becoming technical; and a more practical director-level frame for data.”

From follow-up after an AI governance workshop delivered to a national regulatory authority.

On depth of customisation

“Seventy-five role-specific prompts, built for a single senior executive — tailored to their function, team, regulatory environment and personal workflow.”

Not a deliverable we list. A deliverable a client asked for, because the work made it obvious it would be valuable.
