Deeper diagnostic engagements and facilitated workshops for leadership teams or boards. Includes the AI Productivity Workshop, board AI briefings, EU AI Act readiness reviews, and Cognitive Mirror diagnostics. Each delivered as a defined engagement with a clear output.
Strategy & Governance
From €15,000 + VAT
Full strategy and governance engagements. AI governance frameworks, AI strategy roadmaps, and sustained advisory for organisations building board-level or operational AI accountability. Scoped, fixed-fee, and delivered over four to eight weeks.
All prices exclude VAT. Final scope agreed before any engagement begins.
