Cognitive Mirror analyses Microsoft 365 metadata — calendar events, email frequency patterns, meeting duration and frequency, and collaboration signals. It does not read the content of emails or messages. No personal content is stored or transmitted. The diagnostic produces a behavioural portrait based on structural patterns, not on what was written.

How long does a Cognitive Mirror diagnostic take?

Results are delivered within days of data access being granted. The diagnostic itself requires no time from the executive — there are no interviews, no surveys and no lengthy onboarding process. The output is a five-dimension portrait with targeted interventions, delivered as a structured document.
