About Acuity AI Advisory
Independent AI advisory grounded in 25 years of senior operational and governance experience.

Founder
Ger Perdisatt founded Acuity AI Advisory after 25 years in senior operational and governance roles across professional services, technology and the public sector.
He served as Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft Western Europe — responsible for 14 markets, approximately €10 billion in annual revenue, and a 180-person operational team. That role required governing technology adoption at scale, managing operational risk across diverse regulatory environments, and translating complex strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
He is a current Non-Executive Director at Dublin Airport Authority and Tailte Éireann. Those roles require exactly what boards across Ireland are now being asked to do with AI: exercise meaningful oversight of complex systems without operational dependency on management for the analysis.
Acuity AI Advisory applies that experience directly. The firm works with boards, executives and professional services firms who need structured thinking, not enthusiasm.
Diagnose Before Prescribe
This is not a slogan. It is the methodology. Every engagement begins with a structured diagnostic — understanding the actual problem before any recommendation is made. AI tools are never the starting point. The evidence is.
This approach comes directly from operational experience. At Microsoft, no significant investment was made without a diagnostic phase. No workflow was changed without understanding why it existed. That discipline is now applied to AI advisory — in an environment where the majority of providers want to skip straight to the recommendation because that is where the product sits.
Evidence Over Enthusiasm
The AI advisory market is characterised by enthusiasm. Vendors are optimistic about their products. Consultants are incentivised to recommend. Acuity AI Advisory has no commercial relationship to any platform, no preferred vendor, and no product to sell. The only output is structured analysis and honest recommendations.
That independence is structural, not just a claim. It is built into the business model: no referral arrangements, no platform partnerships, no reseller agreements. The advice is vendor-neutral because the business is vendor-neutral.
Vendor Neutrality
Acuity AI Advisory does not resell software, has no referral arrangements with technology vendors, and does not take commercial relationships with platforms we might recommend. This is a deliberate structural decision. It means that when we recommend something, it is because the evidence supports it — not because we have a commercial reason to recommend it.
